Cookie Hike, short version. Important changes

Barbara Morgan will be leading the short version of the 12/6/23 Cookie Hike, and the meeting time at Asheville Outlets is now changed from 10:00 to 11:00 to facilitate the group from the longer hike arriving about the same time.
